Participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the start time. A shuttle service will be provided from Isparta to the start point. Bips will be ranked according to the runners' level (ITRA Performance Index).

You must have successfully completed a race with a distance of over 30 km and an elevation gain of over 2000m or Sagalassos Sky Race in the last 24 months. Your race results will be checked through ITRA on April 15, 2026, and if you cannot meet the necessary conditions, your registration will be transferred to a lower track.

Elite Runners:
Extra quota is offered for elite runners. If you score over 850 for men and 700 for women according to the ITRA Performance Index, or if you are in the top 3 in your country, please contact us to register. The deadline is May 31, 2024, and if the elite athlete quota is filled before this time, registration will not be possible.

Compulsory Material
A) Basic Kit:
-
Backpack or waist bag designed to carry compulsory materials throughout the race. (Your shorts or tights are accepted if they have pockets where you can carry the all compulsory materials.)

Mobile Phone
The runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race: keep the phone on, airplane mode is prohibited. We recommend you download the course map on the phone. -
Personal beaker
15 cl minimum. Disposable cups are not accepted. -
Minimum 1 L water
Must have at least 1 liter of water at the beginning and when leaving each control station. Disposable water containers are not accepted. -
Head Lamp
At working condition. You must carry a spare battery or an extra headlamp. We recommended 200 lumens or more for the torch. -
1 Survival blankets
The size: 1.40 m x 2 m (minimum) -
Whistle

Self-adhesive elasticated bandage which can serve as a bandage or strapping (minimum 100 cm x 6 cm)

Food reserve. Minimum 800 kcal (Energy bars, gels etc.)

Jacket with hood
A raincoat is recommended. Long-sleeved windbreakers are accepted. -
Hat
A beanie or bandana is accepted instead of your hat. -

B) Cold Kit:

Gloves
A pair of waterproof gloves that will keep you warm. -
Jacket with hood
Will withstand bad weather in the mountains and is made with a waterproof and breathable membrane -
Waterproof over-trousers
Tights or trousers that will completely cover your legs, keep them warm and are waterproof. (Min 120 g) -
Additional warm second layer
A warm second-layer top with long sleeves of a weight of a minimum of 120 g. It should be included in your bag as an extra. -
Beanie
A beanie that will completely cover your head and keep you warm.
Information on whether or not cold kit procedure will be activated, will be shared at the technical meeting or on our website. Participants are required to bring the mandatory materials included in the cold kit with them unless otherwise announced.

Mandatory equiment check is carried out before the start of the course. Race officials have the right to check your mandatory equipment at any time during the race. It is the runner's responsibility to carry mandatory equipment that meets the criteria. During the control, the decision whether the mandatory materials comply with the criteria is made by the person or officer responsible for the control. The participant who is found not to be carrying the mandatory materials during the control may be asked to leave the race.
